Exercise 1: 4–7–8 Advanced Breath Cycles
This exercise helps you control airflow, expand your lungs, and calm the vocal muscles for better tone and stamina. Maintain a straight posture while performing this exercise.
How to Perform:
- Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds.
- Hold the breath for 7 seconds without tightening your chest.
- Release the breath slowly through the mouth for 8 seconds.
Rounds:
Repeat for 10 rounds. Do not rush the cycles.
