Exercise 2: Sustained Vowel "Ah"
This exercise increases your vocal endurance and strengthens your diaphragm control. The goal is to keep the vowel stable and smooth.
How to Perform:
- Take a deep breath using your diaphragm.
- Start singing the vowel “Ah” on a comfortable pitch.
- Hold the vowel for 20 seconds or longer without shaking or losing airflow.
Rounds:
Perform 5 rounds, resting 10 seconds between each round.
